Learn About our Initiatives for Keeping our Residents and Staff Safe.
In order to make sure we are as safe as possible, our team of healthcare professionals and ancillary staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. This mandate applies to current staff as well as new hires and provides enhanced protection against contracting COVID-19.*
Contact our 24-hour Admissions team to inquire about bed availability.
*Staff who have a confirmed medical or religious exception for COVID-19 vaccinations are exempt, however, they must adhere to strict personal protective equipment and sanitization protocols as defined by the CDC.
Our center is taking every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of each resident admitted to our Enhanced Droplet Precaution Observation Intake Unit for the first fourteen days of their stay. Our healthcare professionals comply with and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to provide care and services.
Our center has been engaged in on-going testing efforts and has established a frequent COVID-19 baseline for our healthcare professionals and residents. This approach will assist with early identification and help minimize the risk of the virus spreading.
While nothing can take the place of an in-person visit, many of our residents are using ZOOM, FaceTime, Skype, or other virtual visits to spend quality time with their family members.
In accordance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, our center is reporting any newly confirmed COVID-19 cases of staff and resident exposure on our center's website.
Many primary care physicians are using telemedicine virtual visits to examine their patients in our center. Our clinical team will schedule the appointment, provide a sanitized iPad to the resident, and provide assistance during the appointment to ensure the physician can see and talk with the patient. When the examination is completed, the physician can electronically order new medications, treatments or therapy remotely.
We invite you to visit our facility for a personal tour and to meet our professional healthcare team.
